If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your account transaction history first — sometimes a payment is delayed but will arrive within a few hours. If the transaction shows as "pending" or "failed," do not attempt to retry immediately; wait subject to verification and refresh your account. If it still hasn't resolved, contact our support team with your transaction ID (visible in your account history). We can check the status with your payment provider — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank — and either complete the transaction or refund the amount. Refunds typically return to your original payment method within one business day.

Promotion codes are entered during account registration or in your account settings under "Promotions" or "Bonus Codes." If you have a code, paste it into the field before you make your first deposit. Some promotions are automatic — you'll see them listed in your account dashboard without needing a code.
